Was a solution to this found? I’m having identical issues even when muted or mic section removed. Love the headsets acoustic abilities so really hoping on getting this resolved.

Same here.  I used to have the nari ultimate for Xbox and they stopped working. They were still under warranty but razer told me they stopped making them so they were going to have to replace them with a "similar " product. I just got these and they are NOWHERE NEAR SIMILAR. I'm furious over this. There's so much feedback on top of the fact that they have to be wired. Not cool Razer
