Razer Kraken V3 Pro few proboems...

Hi. A few days ago, I became the owner of several Razeer products. Among them are the wireless Kraken V3 Pro headphones. At first there was no problem. Yesterday I wanted to talk over the microphone and it started. I turned them on, everything looked normal, you could see the sound in the panel, but no sound was coming out of the headphones. I removed them from the control panel (windows 10) and added them again - the sound appeared again. The second problem arose when I started talking on the microphone. Hear some whistling sound in the left earphone, as if resonating. Has anyone had a similar problem? Has anyone had a similar problem?

Try to reinstall its driver in the device manager and follow the steps here for further isolation.
