Hello, the quality of the microphone of my Razer Kraken V3 Pro isn’t good. I’m being told that it sounds muffled, and I’m noticing that it is having a hard time picking me up. Removing the foam improved the quality a little bit. I got it recently. I tested it on another computer (which I do not have access to anymore), and the quality was great after its settings were configured on Razer Synapse. Trying it on my computer with the same settings didn’t improve the audio quality. I purchased a different razer headset before and returned it for having the same problem. I would appreciate any and all help, thank you!

Does the issue occur when connecting your headset using wired and wireless? Also, did anything happen to your device previously that could have caused this problem? Please follow the troubleshooting steps in this article. If that didn’t help, please PM me your device's serial number and proof of purchase so I can check for replacement options. All the best!
