Hello, my Razer Kraken V3 pro never finish charging.

The led indicator keeps flashing yellow for hours and does not turn green.



This issue has not been resolved by razer in the latest firmware.



My question is: if I leave the headphones charging for 3 hours, as the instruction manual indicates, the battery is charged to 100% or they are never fully charged.



Is the problem with the battery or only with the led diode?
