Hi, i recently bought Razer Kraken v3 pro. First it did not show up in synapse 3 at all, but after i updated the firmware it showed, but from time to time it does not show up at all. After multiple restarts then finally it show but the next day it dosent. But the battery % is always missing, is that not supported? is it hard to implement that?

Have you tried to repair the Razer Synapse here? If it doesn’t work, proceed with the clean reinstallation and perform a clean installation of Synapse 3. If the issue persists, PM me your headset serial number, so we can check its details and figure out what's causing this problem. All the best!
