Razer Kraken v3 Pro Not Working

Hi,

 

A few days ago my headset stopped connecting, charging, and will not go into pairing mode. The only thing it will do is flash the green light. Even when windows shows its connected, it’s not actually connected. I tried updating the firmware, and at completion it displayed a message about it no longer being supported.

 

Does that mean mine I’m stuck with a headset in perfect condition that is no longer usable? I tried managing it from Synapse, but the profile for the device just stays on a “loading” message.

 

Any insight/help would be greatly appreciated.

  1. Check the headset: Look for any visible damage or debris in the charging ports that might affect connections.
  2. Get the latest Windows update.
  3. Update your headset’s firmware.
  4. Download and run the  Pairing Utility for your headset.
  5. Reinstall your headset drivers
  6. Test the headset with different devices to confirm if the issue is consistent across different platforms.
