A few days ago my headset stopped connecting, charging, and will not go into pairing mode. The only thing it will do is flash the green light. Even when windows shows its connected, it’s not actually connected. I tried updating the firmware, and at completion it displayed a message about it no longer being supported.
Does that mean mine I’m stuck with a headset in perfect condition that is no longer usable? I tried managing it from Synapse, but the profile for the device just stays on a “loading” message.
I understand that your Razer Kraken V3 Pro is not connecting, charging, or entering pairing mode. This issue may be due to outdated software or compatibility problems. To fix the problem, please follow the steps below:
Check the headset: Look for any visible damage or debris in the charging ports that might affect connections.
Test the headset with different devices to confirm if the issue is consistent across different platforms.
If these steps don’t resolve the issue, feel free to PM me with your device serial number and proof of purchase so I can check its warranty. All the best!
