Razer Kraken V3 Pro preventing sleep mode | Razer Insider
Skip to main content

I recently purchased my Kraken V3 Pro and have noticed that the device prevents my system from going into sleep mode.

Command line PowerCFG revealed this

C:\WINDOWS\system32>powercfg -requests
DISPLAY:
None.

SYSTEM:
[driver] Razer Kraken V3 Pro (USB\VID_1532&PID_052C&MI_00\6&e2e7db4&0&0000)
An audio stream is currently in use.
[driver] Legacy Kernel Caller

AWAYMODE:
None.

EXECUTION:
None.

PERFBOOST:
None.

ACTIVELOCKSCREEN:
None.

Has anyone experienced this and solved this?

Regards

I found the answer that fixed mine in another forum.   I had to disable “NVIDIA High Definition Audio” in device manager.  Not sure why that would cause the issue but in my case I switch between my Kraken V3 Hyper and motherboard audio anyway so  doesn’t mater to me.

Hope that helps
