Hi, Bought the headset back in 2022 (No longer in warranty I know) but past few weeks had issues where the headset has not been charging properly, then this morning wake up to see if its charged to find the left earcup (where charge port is located) was really hot. I Had to use force to remove charger (official razer charge cable that came with headset) was hit by the smell of burning plastic and feel that this could of been far worse.
Think this is the only way of contacting support, due to no longer being in warranty, but feel this should fall under the consumer rights act 2015 in UK law as surely A £180 headset should last more than 3 years.
I feel like I've escaped a serious issue, as this could of quite easily resulted in a fire destroying my family home!
So where do I go from here?
