I am having issues with my Kraken V3 Pro in Synapse 3. They will connect and appear in the GUI (sometimes) but even when they do, I will hear the tone where they disconnect from the dongle and immediately reconnect but will not reappear in the GUI. This isn’t too much of an issue as I can still hear audio through them but it means the macros I have set for different audio settings no longer function.
Restarting Synapse sometimes but not always fixes the issue. Pulling the dongle out and putting it back in sometimes but not always fixes the issue. Restarting my computer fixes the issue most of the time but is a bit inconvenient to say the least.
I love the headphones when they work but they just seem really unstable and I’m not sure whether it’s an issue with the headphones or Synapse or both.
Running Windows 11 with the most up to date version of Synapse and most up to date firmware on the headphones.
