Razer Kraken v3 Pro stopped working/not starting

Hej,

untill yesterday my Kraken v3 pro worked fine without any issues, today, i wanted to start them and the green light lights up once long, then blinks once and turns off.
I tried on a different machine, i tried charging it, but i cant even get it to start so i can turn it off again (in case it is actually on)...Anyone got any idea hwo to solve this? I only “recently” bought the headset (couple of months ago). Cant be that the battery is already dead?

Hey  phantagor, I just had the same issue with mine however I had to update the firmware for the headphones and it worked again if you go under the support tab select the power and battery issue, and then headset wont power on it will give you a firmware application to download and walk you through the steps to update. Hope this helps you and anyone else having this issue!

    Hey @PhaseTraveler, I cant seem to find the headset wont power on firmware application. It isnt showing up, am I doing something wrong?

    I have the same issue. The headset shows as powered off in Synapse 4, so there is no button available to update firmware...
