Ill get right into it. Not long ago from this post, I stumbled across an issue where I gotten no audio coming from my headset. It took me a moment to notice when I uncheck “enable audio enhancements” in windows settings that the audio returned. However, that disables razer synapse EQ settings. So now I am trying to figure out what happened to have gotten this glitch. What I can remember is this happen when synapse 4 update. So I uninstalled and reinstalled synapse to see if that would fix it which it did not. I then rolled back windows 11 updates to see if that triggered it. That didn't help either. I even updated the firmware on it to the latest one..that still didn't fix it. My theory is something in synapse 4’s recent update must have glitched something out. Though if anyone would know anything else regarding this matter I would love to hear it.

[SOLVED] I basically reseated the USB dongle for the headset into another USB port. Once the headset reconnected, It worked like a charm. So maybe bad usb port or a bad usb port connection. No disabling audio enhancements required.
Not quite as easy for me. Kraken v3 pro and ever since the 25h2 windows 11 update, the headset outputs no audio. If i disable audio enhancements, it works, but no combination of usb ports/synapse settings fixes the no output issue if enhancements are enabled
I had to reinstall everything beforehand. I also updated the firmware to the latest one (v1.10) after, I left the headset on then moved the usb dongle to another port. Got it to work on win 11 25h2 after. The drawback i notice though is when i play a game and listen to music at the same time. the next song goes full volume before returning to what i set it to. buggy but works.
