Razer Kraken V3 Pro Updating issues

Hello.

 

I've had my Razer kraken V3 pro for a while

but I've ran into the issue that i cant update the headset itself along with other issues tieing into it.

The issues that I'm having are as followed:

  • The lighting isn't working/ triggering at all
  • The headset keeps disconnecting after 3-5 seconds when razer synapse is running
  • Unable to change any settings in synapse due to the small window of time where the device connects and disconnects with synapse
  • Haptic sense is non existing due to it not being able to connect/ stay connected with synapse
  • ​​​​​Unable to update the Headset itself (when trying the “headset version and latest version text black out and unable to continue with the update procedure)

I’ve been dealing with it for a while at this point waiting for a newer update to come along hoping it would fix the problem where its not reading the “hardware version?” while trying to update the headset itself but no luck
