When I turn on my headset, the audio turns on for about half a second and then cuts out and it’s dead silent after that. The microphone still works, and I’ve already tried these troubleshooting methods:
- Unplugging and re-plugging the dongle
- Updating the drivers
- Uninstalling/Reinstalling the software/drivers
- Checking for dirt in the USB port
- Disabling effects/Turning off surround sound and spatial audio
- Restarting PC
- Setting headphones to default device
- Looking in sound properties/mixer
My computer is on Windows 11, and I can’t find a guide that also uses Windows 11. If anyone could help, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
