hello! ive had these headphones for a while and suddenly they started detecting as a speaker instead of headphones. is there a fix to this?
ive already tried reinstalling razer synapse and that doesnt seem to work :/
anything would help!

Try to reinstall its drivers. I can also check for the latest firmware update. Please send me a message via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other troubleshooting steps that we can attempt.
