Hello! So I’m using my Razer Kraken V3 X headphones. When I plug them into my laptop everything sounds fine. The problem is with the microphone. I had no problems since now but recently my friends told me that they hear me awful. I haven’t touched any settings or anything. Updated my pc drivers too but no progress. Any advice? Thank you in advance!

Thanks for dropping me a message. Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? What about trying a different app or game? Let me know via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds along the way.
