Today after i got back from my home and was about to put on my headset and realized that the headband have a crack, i never smashed it, i never toss it around, it somehow broke when i got back home, i’ve heard this is a reccuring issue for this headset, and i would like a replacement, but if i can’t what is the alternative solution?

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team? Please also send a photo of your receipt/invoice so I can include it as well. You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
