I recently started using a Razer Kraken V3 X headset and I’m trying to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound feature.
Unfortunately, I can’t find the activation code anywhere. I checked:

The box
-
The user manual
-
Razer Synapse
The headset is original and fully functional, but the 7.1 activation code seems to be missing or was not included in the package.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue?

Is there a way to recover or reassign the activation code?

Can Razer Support provide a new code if I have proof of purchase?
