so i recently got this headset i plugged it in and nothing happens, the rgb light starts but thats about it. it does not show up in sound settings or anything. when i check device manager it shows it under other devices and it has like a yellow warning sign thing next to it. I tried to look up some drivers for this headset but found none please help

Thanks for bringing your concern to our attention. Did you already try using a different USB port? Install the Synapse app and make sure it’s updated. If that didn’t help, PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and check my resources for other steps to help you further.
