Hello. I bought Razer Kraken V3X headphones and can't register them; it says the serial number is unrecognized. I have tried many times and from different devices. Please help. S\N: (removed)

    Hi Antoha582,

    I checked your device's serial number, but unfortunately, it is not in our database. Please send me a PM with a copy of your store invoice. You can also upload it to Google Drive so I can verify whether the reseller is listed as an authorized Razer store. Thanks!
