Razer kraken v3x micro cut

Hello, I received my kraken v3x kitty headset yesterday, and since yesterday I play with friends in voice on discord, and my microphone cuts constantly, they repeat to me that it cuts my sentences in the middle and that they never hear the sequels. So I deactivated all noise cancellation on discord, but it didn't change anything. I play on PS5 so I don't have many audio settings to change but I've increased my microphone level and it still doesn't change anything. Do you think it can come from the headset or from discord? Thanks
