I was moving out and I misplaced my dongle, I tried looking online to see if you guys sell replacements. Could not find any online. Is it possible for a dongle replacement or would I have to buy a new headset entirely?

Let me check the availability of the spare dongle in our inventory. Please send me a PM with your headset’s serial number, your region, and your proof of purchase. You can upload the invoice to Google Drive and set it to “Public” or “Anyone with the link” so I can access the file.
