As you read in the title, my headset, the Razer Kraken V4, has audio issues on the -chat speaker playback channel. This especially happens when I listen to music on the playback device. However, when I plug in the USB to USBC connection cable all of the issues are resolved all of a sudden. I have updated the firmware, drivers, reinstalled synapse 4, done a bunch of resets, tweaked settings, yet I cannot find a proper solution. The only solution I found that was remotely close to solving this was disabling audio enhancements in Windows audio properties. But when I do this, it disables the THX Spatial Audio bonus, resulting in lower quality of sound. Anyone have a solution?
