I plugged in my headset, installed synapse 4, restarted my pc and it connects and works with the cable. the problem comes up when I try to switch from cable to wireless and it just doesn’t detect my headset in the razer synapse, it doesn’t let me use the mic on it, AND the audio quality tanks. I have googled, scrolled, and even reread the entire box the headset came in and I don’t know what to do to be able to listen AND talk through my new kraken v4 headphones wirelessly.

if anyone finds a solution to this please let me know, the bluetooth just doesn’t work for any of my devices

Hello there guys!
Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then drop me a message via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
