Razer kraken v4 issues with right ear not playing sound

i have been having this issue for a bit now, ive had it before and it somehow magically fixed itself and made both sides play sound again, but its happened again and now i know its an actually issue. i have the latest drivers and no damage to the headset itself aswell as ive only owned them for maybe a few months, and before anyone asks no i dont know what made it fix itself the first time and yes ive tried to fix it in many many many ways. does anyone maybe have a clue as to whats going wrong or maybe how to fix it?
