before I came here with my post I’ve read some posts about Razer Kraken V4, but never seen normal response to the problem, so I would like to ask if this is normal quality to Razer products nowadays. But first things first, I’ve bought my Razer Kraken V4 almost year ago, but I believe such thing is not possible to snap from normal usage which for me and possibly for everyone else is to put your headset on and off your head, but somehow like in other cases on Internet, length adjuster on one side snapped (what can be seen in picture), while other one have visible cracks on plastic (like on video). Now I would like to ask if such thing falls under warranty, or did I bought premium quality product, that didn’t even last for year.
