Why does the same error appear after a month or two? These headphones are simply faulty. Could I ask for a refund? I don't want to receive any more faulty headphones.
I was playing games yesterday, everything is fine, the panel is connected, the headphones were connected via 2.4 GHz, suddenly they don't work and I have to either connect the cable to the headphones or connect via Bluetooth, which freezes.
