Razer Kraken V4 Pro

Hi,

I have a Razer Kraken V4 Pro and it was working great then I updated it one day, and it now shows as Razer Kraken V4 Pro BT. Since it started showing the BT at the end it keeps losing the pairing and doesnt connect again for awhile. Any suggestions?

    Hi Preddie69,

     

    That update may have reset the headset’s connection mode or caused a firmware desync. To fix the pairing and connection drops, you need to toggle the headset back to its 2.4GHz HyperSpeed mode and re-pair the headset to the OLED Control Hub using the official utility.     Hi thanks for the reply. How do I change the settings to anyone has link? Sorry to be so stupid, but my kids say its because Iam old.

    Not at all! You can change the settings by following the steps below. Cheers!

    1. In Google Drive, click once on the file or folder you want to share.
    2. Click the "Share" icon at the top of the screen.
    3. Click the down arrow next to "Restricted" and select "Anyone with the link".
