Razer Kraken V4 Pro Breaking

i dont actually know why, but i got this headset like a year ago in my local shop and i thought it would be a high quality headset (not that it isnt its actually a good one im talking about the build quality). so like a week ago my headset broke in half. IN HALF, i was playing a game when i felt that my headset was a bit loose. mind u that was like 4 months ago. so it cracked and now im sitting here both earcups falling out. both are not even sticking to their places. is it normal or nah?
btw i didnt drop it. never i placed it on my monitor everyday every night before turning off my pc

I’m sorry to hear about the situation with your headset breaking unexpectedly. I understand how important your Razer Kraken V4 Pro is to you. Unfortunately, Razer does not repair peripherals and only replaces them under its limited warranty policy. Furthermore, this may fall to the Razer Warranty Policy - exclusions and limitations.

May I ask if any incidents occurred before the issue? Did you accidentally drop the headset or apply more force than usual when removing it? Were there any incidents where you may have pulled or tugged the headsets, causing them to stretch beyond their limit? I'd also appreciate it if you could send a photo or video showing the issue for me to check. Please also send your device serial number and proof of purchase.
