I recently purchased the Razer Kraken V4 Pro, but the haptic feedback does not work at all on my unit.I previously owned the Kraken V3, and the haptics worked flawlessly, so I am familiar with how the feature should behave.On the V4 Pro I feel no vibration or haptic feedback whatsoever, regardless of the content being played.Troubleshooting already attempted: Installed the latest Razer Synapse 4 Updated firmware and checked for updates Enabled Haptic Intensity in Synapse Tested both Sensa HD mode and Audio-to-Haptics Confirmed audio is playing at sufficient volume Ran the Razer Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool Restarted Synapse and my PC Reconnected the headset and tested different USB ports Tried multiple games and media sources even my PS5 None of these steps made any difference. Additional details: Windows PC Synapse 4 installed Device is detected correctly All audio functions work normally Only the haptics feature is not functioning Has anyone experienced this issue with the Kraken V4 Pro, or could this be a firmware or hardware problem?Any help would be appreciated.

I recently purchased the Razer Kraken V4 Pro, but the haptic feedback does not work at all on my unit.

I previously owned the Kraken V3, and the haptics worked flawlessly, so I am familiar with how the feature should behave.

On the V4 Pro I feel no vibration or haptic feedback whatsoever, regardless of the content being played.

Troubleshooting already attempted:

None of these steps made any difference.
