So I booted my laptop up today and found out my Razer Kraken V4 Pro wasn’t being picked up my Razer Synapse. It showed it as powered off or wasn't even popping up. On further inspection I also found out the HUB for the headset was getting stuck in a continues boot loop where it would show the startup, then only show the volume + & - icons. Razer synapse also isn’t picking up the hub either. I did a power cycle on it and a clean install of Razer synapse after uninstalling it and removing any folders under the name. None of these helped or fixed the issue at hand.

I’m having the same issue. My Oled control hub for razer kraken v4 pro is stuck in a bootloop, synapse picks it up holds for about 5 seconds and then reboots. If i close synapse and don’t touch the contorl hub it “works” (I can use my headset wireless without loosing connection) but I loose access to EQ controls, THX audio, haptics and chroma.

I’ve resorted to using it plugged via USB and synapse recognizes my headset and they work just fine, but it sucks that I can’t use them wirelessly now...

I’ve had to resort to doing the same, by using it plugged in. According to a tech friend, this is more then likely a firmware issue that just randomly decided to pop up during the last and most recent update. Thing is, that update was back in march. I’m really hoping more bring this issue up and Razor actually puts out a fix for it. Because I was using it one night and it was fine. Next day? Nope. I did every fix possible and all failed

Hey guys,

If you continue to experience the issue with your headset and control hub, please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue.
