razer kraken v4 pro mic issue

Hello, I just purchased my my brand new razer kraken v4 pro, and synapse installed the drivers, and I installed the firmware it told me to install, and the audio is  good from the ear phones, but the microphone is where I’m having an issue. It keeps cutting in and  out I do a voice test in the windows app and i get 50%-70% audio and even when it gets a 100% it keeps skipping mid word, and every other word that just cuts in and out. I got all the correct settings set to default device in system settings, and tried  so many adjustments not only in synapse, but system settings, and I get the same results not only in windows voice test, but discord, OBS screen recording, in games,  etc.

anyone  got  any solutions  as to why this would  be happening?

Hello ​@Hieroglyphics87,

Let me assist you with your headset. Can you uninstall your headset drivers by following the steps below and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the mic audio issue you're currently experiencing.

  1. Press Windows key + S on the keyboard to open the Search bar.
  1. Type in "Device Manager" and hit enter.
  1. Go to "Audio inputs and outputs".
  1. Right-click on the Razer headset and select "Uninstall device".
  1. Restart the computer. The drivers are automatically installed after a restart.
