So basicly when i try to connect the Oled hub that comes with the kraken v4 pro it bootloops, so the razer animation happens then the screen is black with the volume up and down icons showing then it shows the razer animation again. It does so on multiple PC’s so it isnt my ports. Its brand new too so this is frustraing. I also tried the pairing utility and nothing happened at all.
