Hi guys, and gals.
SO yesterday everything worked fine, today however that’s not the case. My control hub doesn’t even show a single light, but it beeps when I turn the headset on like it’s connecting, but there’s no audio, nor is there any detection from windows or synapse. I’m completely baffled because I can’t reset something with no detection, my headset is in hyperspeed wireless mode, but still no audio, lights, or anything from the hub. The headset works when it’s plugged in, but I work from home, I can’t have it wired in 24/7 in case I have to switch desks for a task or something of the sort. I really love this headset it’s not even a year old I’m kinda at at a standstill. Does anyone know of a fix for this? I don’t have $400 to replace it.
