Razer kraken v4 pro right ear suddenly stop working

Hello guys i bought my headphones 6 months ago it works perfect until today i play cs go on 70% volume and suddenly in mid game right earcup stops working idk why, i tried everything idk if it is hardware or what can you guys give me some solutions maybe it can repair it idk

    I was playing CS2 yesterday at night and everything was fine. But today it suddenly wasn't working, the computer was not even on, the headset was turned off at the desk. I tried changing to bluetooth and still not working. Also when I turn it on and off or changing sound settings directly on the headset all the sound from beeps and the voices (“Power on” "beep”) were all only playing at left side.
