Hi,
My Razer Kraken V4 is having an issue where the right earcup is no longer playing any sound.
I’ve bought this headset about five and half month ago and this issue started suddenly without any physical damage or drops.
I am having a similar issue as those two posts:
I’ve tried:
- Charging headset back to 100%
- Checked for driver updates via Razer Synapse
- Tested 2.4GHz wireless dungle (PC) and Bluetooth (on my phone)
I hope I could get help on a fix, or information on the RMA process (I’m having trouble contacting support through https://mysupport.razer.com ATM and the headset is within the 1-year warranty period)
