Since 4 days I have a problem with my Razer Kraken V4.
The sound in my right earcup is much softer than left. I have tracked down the problem to probably the Game/Chat Balance setting; sometimes when I long-press the Game/Chat button on the right earcup (until it says "Game-Chat") the sound in the right earcup will return to normal, but very often this does not work at all. There is no balance setting in the Windows settings (mmsys.cpl). Razer Kraken V4 - Game is the default device It does not matter if I have set THX SPATIAL AUDIO or STEREO in the Kraken settings.
I have tried all the default Equalizer settings, no difference.
I created a new profile in settings, no difference.
I have removed all the Razer drivers and software and removed all devices in Windows Device Manager and reinstalled everything, but it didn't work (with reboots in between).
I have the newest Razer software.
I checked if the newest firmware was on the set and dongle: it was.
