I just bought them and at the begining everything worked fine...after the synapse update mic stop working but my pc can read it...any solutions?

Hi there,
Does the microphone work when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? What about trying other apps with mic functions? Please send me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workaronds.
