I am experiencing a persistent issue with my Razer Kraken V4 headset. The device only turns on when connected via USB cable, even though Razer Synapse shows 100% battery charge.!--tgqphd|[]-->
Here is the problem description:!--tgqphd|[]-->
- The headset works fine while plugged in.!--tgqphd|[]-->!--tgqphd|[]-->
- As soon as I unplug the USB cable, the headset often refuses to turn on or loses connection.!--tgqphd|[]-->!--tgqphd|[]-->
- If the headset goes into 'Sleep Mode' due to inactivity, it becomes completely unresponsive. I cannot wake it up or turn it back on until I plug the USB cable back in to 'jumpstart' it.!--tgqphd|[]-->!--tgqphd|[]-->!--tgqphd|[]-->
What I have already tried:!--tgqphd|[]-->
- Performed a Hard Reset (holding the power button for 30+ seconds).!--tgqphd|[]-->!--tgqphd|[]-->
- Updated the firmware to the latest version using the official Razer Firmware Updater.!--tgqphd|[]-->!--tgqphd|[]-->
- Disabled 'Power Saving' mode in Razer Synapse.!--tgqphd|[]-->!--tgqphd|[]-->
- Tried different USB ports for the dongle.!--tgqphd|[]-->!--tgqphd|[]-->
- Re-installed Razer Synapse.!--tgqphd|[]-->!--tgqphd|[]-->!--tgqphd|[]-->
The issue persists even after the firmware update. It seems like a power controller or battery defect.!--tgqphd|[]-->
