i was reading up on a 5 month old post
abt the same issue but it was taken to pms and i was wondering what happened with whether or not this falls under the 2 year warranty. I’ve had this headset only since last christmas and have taken good care of it with only minimal damage to the head pad showing up recently, and now falling halfway off from wearing it. Hoping someone can lmk if thats under the exclusions or not bc im not sure !!
