Razer Kraken Volume Dial Not Working
My volume dial has stopped working properly ever since I installed the Razer Synapse software. I can only control the volume through the program. Also, when I listen to things on Spotify etc the volume dial doesn't control the volume--it skips songs instead. I tried a factory reset and uninstalling synapse but nothing seems to work so far. Haven't found a solution online yet so if anyone knows of one or a pre-existing thread on this problem lmk. Thanks
