Hi please help. im from the philippines and just recently bought my first razer headset kraken X. from an online shopping app shoppee with a razer official seller. i already received the item unfortunately when i tried to scratch the code to activate the surround sound it was very hard to scratch to the point it actually damage the last part of the codes. i did try to send a support email to the official razer website however im getting network error when im about to sent my inquiry. please help me get a new set of code
