Hey, i have this problem since today, maybe because of the new windows update but i really dont know. It all started when my pc crashed and when i booted him again the 7.1 sound wasnt anymore working. I restarted the Pc and nothing happend soo i decided to uninstall the drivers and install again to see if it worked. After that the icon when i try to switch between Realtek and 7.1 surround doesnt appear anymore, i can only listen sterio.
My surround does not work anymore, the audio are full of bugs and it's impossible to listen anything. Everything happens when i updated the windows to the new version 20H2. Dont know what to do..... Razer pls help, update the app.

I have the exact same problem here. I uninstall the drivers, and I just couldn´t reinstall them again, I´ve been using default PC audio, and I don´t know why but with this option I hear a lot static and the games runs in like 10 fps.

Install boom3d untill no update, works for me to some degree

thanks for the advice! I´ll take a look at it 😃. also, does razer support have told you anything? I sent a ticket a day ago, so I´m waiting for an answer

dude... installl bruestacks (the android emulator) ... a guy told me to do it and it works
