Razer Kraken X 7.1 surround key after windows 10 reinstall

So the story goes, i bought razer kraken x (mercury white), from my local store, as with all 7.1 surround products there was a key inside, which you need to put in after downloading program, and it was fine everything worked just great, but now after pc upgrading, i had to reinstall windows 10, and i hoped that i could use the same key again, but not this time, it says key is already used, well ofcourse i used it. So my question is, is there a way to get surround sound working on new windows, or is it that, we need to buy new headset for a new key, after windows reinstall?? Hopefully some of you good folks can help me with this one. Funny thing went to razer Germany live chat with this problem, and i got connected to person named Ma P., i wrote my problem and he or she just left the chat instantly :D Best regards, Arthur
