Razer kraken x 7.1 surround sound code

I have registered my kraken x, however, after registering the product I didn't receive the 7.1 surround sound code. I spent a long time trying to find out how to access the code, and the razer website said that I could register my product and I would get the code. The website stated "If your purchase of the Razer Kraken did not come with the activation code, please register for your product on Razer ID to receive it."

    Go to register your product, and fill out the following prompts it asks you. It'll ask you for like Serial Number (S/N) and the registration ID or something which is all included on the box or the product itself.

    I did all of this, but nowhere did it say the 7.1 surround sound code.
