Razer Kraken X Activation code not working.

I bought my headset 2 weeks ago today and have just ran out of the free trial it has come with for 7.1 surround sound. I haven't been able to activate my code since I bought the headset. I've tried setting my keyboard format to English Us like other people have said to do but still no luck. Any help is appreciated thanks!

    Wait for one of the RAZER officials to get to you through this thread. Prepare the followings~~~ Name S/N P/N Proof of purchase (legal receipt) Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product Photo of your 7.1 SS activation code
