Razer Kraken X audio coming only from left side of the headphone

I got a new Razer headphone and since I connected it I've been having this problem. I know the problem is in my pc since the headphone works just fine in my cellphone. But I've tried everything and still can make it work like intended. I've reinstalled drivers and checked balance and still can't make it work. Any help in this would be apreciated.
