razer kraken x broken

So ive only had this headset for about a year and i took them off today and noticed that they've snapped at the join between the padding and the side, seeing as they were £60 when i bought them i figured they would last longer than a year. Is there anyway for a new pair or a fix or something or is the warranty for less than a year? I also bought a razer keyboard at the same time, which despite cleaning it just the other day, is still sticking on the ASDW and SHIFT keys, and im in top 5000 EU for valorant so i cant counterstrafe and use movement well recently with this going on. Is it just unlucky or are razer products just badly made? i had higher expectations for about £200 worth of hardware, think ill go logitech next time or something else
