Razer KRAKEN X FOR CONSOLE microphone not working.
So i ordered this headset un January 2021 and it is an awesome headset however after 6 months of usage the microphone has stopped working and it isnt picking up any audio what so ever. I would like a fix to this issue please.

Do you get the same results no matter the platform you plug the headset into? I recommend testing it on a smartphone to check if the mic still works. Do send me the serial number so I can look into model-specific solutions.
