My razer kraken x headset microphone will not get detected anywhere, even on device manager, and it seems it just has completely disappeared. I cannot use it at all. Could I have some support?

Have you ever had the chance to try it on a different PC to check if it yields the same issue? For now, please ensure that your PC has the latest Window by following the step on this page. Should the problem persist, PM me your device's serial number and a copy of its proof of purchase. I can use those to verify its model and check its warranty status.
