Razer Kraken X high pitched noise

So, I have recently bought a Razer kraken X USB. In the left ear I notice a high pitch noise. I have tried plugging it in to different usb ports also in another laptop and desktop. I have also deleted an reinstalled synapse. The high pitch sound just doesn't go away. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance
